Then and Now- Aaron and Jordan

Then:
This picture of Aaron and Jordan was taken at our cousins wedding 9 years ago.
Back then they were such good friends to one another.

Now:
As you can see...some things haven't changed! They are still great friends and still just as adorable as ever. This picture was taken this summer on their vacation in Florida. Aaron is about to graduate and Jordan started high school.

Family Photo Friday

This is a family photo from the mini vacation we took last weekend. We spend 4 days and 3 nights in Ocean City, MD. One of the scopes guys that run around the beach taking pictures of everyone actually took this picture. I wonder if I was supposed to pop it out of the $10 magnet we bought and scan in onto the computer and makes copies of it? Shhhh...don't tell on me! Ha Ha!

Family Photo Friday

The Three Musketeers
Today's picture is one of Jase's guy cousins at his 2nd birthday. George, Matt and Jacob all look so tough and so cute at the same time. I chose this picture for today's photo cause Jacob's birthday was yesterday and Matt's birthdays in Tuesday. George just happens to be it! Ha Ha! Plus, Jase's 3rd birthday is one month a way yesterday. A good time to reminisce on last year's festivities!

Simple Woman's Day

Outside my window... it is pitch black. The clouds are hiding the moon.

I am thinking... that this new pomegrant juice I bought is really good. Mmm!

I am thankful for...Jase's smile and the sound of his laughter. He hasn't been well at all since last Friday and I haven't seen it much. Today he was more himself and it was absoultally heart warming to see his smile and hear his giggles.

From the kitchen... I can see the basket of Jase's laudry that is screaming at me to be folded.

I am wearing... jeans and my most favorite pink/red shirt

.I am reading... another Anita Blake novel- Incubus Dreams

Iam hoping... that Jase feels great this weekend and the weather is nice this weekend so we can really relax and enjoy ourselves at the beach!

I am creating... a list of things I need to pack for our weekend get-away.

I am hearing... Family Guy and I don't know why I haven't changed the channel cause this show is so obnoxious!

Around the house... boxes of tissues, blankets and pillows on the couch, and medicines...can you tell Jase has been sick

One of my favorite things... is when my boys get fresh hair cuts, which they did today. They both look so handsome!

A few plans for the rest of the week...BEACH, BEACH and more BEACH! We are going to OC for 4 days! Whoa-who!

Simple Woman's Day

Outside my window... a storm is brewing. I love a good storm

I am thinking... that I miss Rob. I don't like when he works nights

I am thankful for...understanding people. Jase used the bathroom at Applebees today and he wasn't quite tucked in. Needless to say there was a big mess on the floor. But the employees there just laughed and cleaned it up with out one complaint.

From the kitchen... Henny curled up sleeping.

I am wearing... plaid shorts and a brown top.

I am reading... another Anita Blake novel-Obsidian Butterfly

I am hoping... Rob doesn't get screwed out of a day of work like they tend to do when they work nights

I am creating... a huge pile of clean clothes that I really need to put away so I can go to bed soon.

I am hearing... the dryer.

Around the house... are little signs of our camping trip. Sleeping bags are washed and rolled up in our room waiting to be put away, Jase's glow necklace is on his dresser, a picture of my dad, Rob and Jase on the jumping pillow is on desk top, and a my camping purse is on the door knob cause I haven't changed it back over.

One of my favorite things... listening to Jase tell stories of the things he's done. Is is amazing how well he remember things.

A few plans for the rest of the week...lunch with Kelli and Brandon tomorrow, and the July 4th celebrations start Thur. night!

My God-Daughter

We had the baptism ceremony for my God-daughter, Sara, earlier this month and I wanted to share some of the pictures I took of her in her gown (and a few of us together).

Tie-Dye

We made tie-dye shirts the other day and we revealed the final projects today. Check us out!

Jase calls them our "paint shirts". Not bad for our first time, huh?
