I usually always have a reason for picking the photos for these posts. Whether it is someone I want to honor because of their birthday or I was just thinking of someone. Today, Rob spent the day talking about how he was going to go get a fishing license so him and Jase could go fishing. Although that didn't happen, he got me reminiscing about all the times I went fishing with my dad. Those are moments I cherish and I thank him for including me in on what some consider a manly hobby. Although I don't cherish or thank him for the times he made me hold the trash bag while he cleaned the fish! LOL

Since today is Aunt Phyllis's birthday, I had to use a picture of her for Friday's photo. This was taken a couple years ago when the Pope came to visit the United States. There was an event at the White House and my Aunt got ticket for us and my mom. It was an opportunity I will never forget and am very blessed to have experienced.

I've been feeling very springy lately and this picture reminds me of spring. I'm not sure why...maybe it is the flowered skirt. This is me and my cousin Adam at my other cousin's (and Adam's sister) wedding. I can't remember what year this was taken, but I'm thinking about 10 years ago.

Sticking with the birthday theme on selecting my photos, I chose this one with both Laura and Larry Wayne (they both had birthday's this week). They were with my Uncle Larry, my Grandma and my brother. I'm not sure when or where this was taken. Something is making me think it was taken in Kansas where my uncle and cousins lived but I'm not entirely sure.
